Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness or medical-grade products may be non-returnable. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:
To request a return authorization, please email us at info@koslitafederal.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
